I have question,How are you headspacing the bolts on the NAVY Garands?
I would love to have one of these rifles if any one wants to sell.

I just can't get past how "off" the shorter 7.62 looks in an en-bloc otherwise I'd have a 7.62 garand. Nice looking rifles though guys, you almost made a convert out of me.

When you shoot one you get over the look real quick, there that nice.

Funny I as kid in 70's going up to my Grandfather's farm and my uncle who was in the Navy coming home on leave and us shooting my dad's and my uncle's .308 rifles across the fields. What I remember about this was the ammo they were shooting was 7.62X51 LC in enbloc clips. I remember taking the brass and reloading the clips with the fired cases.

That was so long ago but its amazing that the 7.62 ammo was so available that my uncle would have it.
