Trying to ID a custom build I bought awhile back

Bought this, and trying to find out what the barrel markings are, its a Supermatch build with Kreiger barrel, receiver only sold by SA 11/93. Hoping to determine who built it
Thanks for any help.....................................EDIT: I left out a little info that some are asking....................It's not Rear Lugged...........I can decipher most of the barrel stampings but I am trying to determine the far right stamps, the AD and the RGD within the oval, my thinking are those are builder stamps, I assume the 4 95 is the build date.

I see: "A, RGD inside an oval, D" over 4 95.
Lots of peoples have built M1As.
Could be Quantico or Benning or NG or private.
Did Krieger stamp a serial number somewhere on the barrel?
I wish I could help more than that.

RGD on the barrel? Maybe......................
R -Rifle
G -Gas-Operated
D -Double-lugged

!.632 looks like the headspace. I had those numbers on a SAK barrel. -Lloyd 🍻

There isn't a whole lot of information available, but the barrel was possibly made by Rheinstahl Gesellschaft Deutschland.

Interesting,I have a sai receiver made in 93 with the same barrel and it is not rear or double lugged ,gonna have somebody bed it in a nos McMillan stock I have

That IS very interesting. Appears that on has the serial # stamped also. Any info on the history of it?
