This is a bit of sensationalism - yes, if you break any one of a very large set of laws in any state you can be jailed.

The law to (re)ban FRTs, binary triggers, bump stocks, and other similar devices isn’t something that suddenly became illegal without warning; it’s several-months-old information and anyone paying attention knew it went into effect at the end of last month.

I have family in Vancouver Wa. They have nothing good to say about Portland. They call it Porthole, and only go there when necessary. They hate what the whole area has become and are counting the days to retirement and are planning to sell out and move to a red state.

 

If I was just now approaching retirement age I would be planning the same thing, especially as things have gotten demonstrably worse in the last 10-15 or so years.

But at this point in my 70's now, aint no way I want to move again.
