I got my info from the tag that has the head space info on it. I emailed Springfield Armory and the response was

"Thank you for contacting Springfield Armory. I am showing the date for that firearm is 08/15/17."

I do not know much about head spacing but I guess the final build date is later.

It came with a 10 and a 20 Round Magazine, but I've noticed finding good Mags is not easy or very expensive. Gun Show tomorrow in San Antonio, so I hope to get lucky there.

Picked up 4 each Springfield Magazines at the Gun Show for $40.00 each. Took it to the range and zeroed in the Sights and then added a scope mount from Springfield Armory to set up the scope. Scope Mount costed a lot also. I guess the days of finding a good deal are really over.
