I finally had some free time and finished the template I had been working on for reloading labels in Microsoft Word. It uses the typical style mailing labels that come 30 per sheet (3 columns of 10 labels), the sheets I have are Avery 8160's. These work good for recycled cardboard shell boxes as well as the plastic types.
It is a really simple clear template that could be further customized for your needs (text style, size, borders, etc) in Microsoft word.
If anyone wants a copy of it, just PM an email I can send it to. The template should work in Word 2000 to 2007. I am not sure about older versions.
Just a note on the template, If you are printing less than a whole sheet, delete the labels you don't need or it will print up a bunch of the "form" labels.
