How do you like it? I have 2 338s , Remington 700 pss, and a Accuracy International AW. Are you reloading for it? I read that they had early problems, how has yours been? I hope you like it, Ive had mine to 1620. If you reload, try the Lapua lock base. They are very accurate in both of mine, and relatively inexpensive.

Wickedworld. Does the manual that came with your M10 BA mention anything specific to the BA about the torque values for the action screws and recoil lug screw or anything about removing/replacing the action from/in the aluminum stock?

Wickedworld, you'll find a need to reload for this one, and the brass is still expensive. I still have the 200 Lapua brass that I got, the Lapua brass is worth the money. Try retumbo, Ive stayed with H 4831 in both of mine, its a little fast for the round but both of mine group exceptionally well with it. Ive stayed with the Fed 215m primers also. good luck with it.

Agreed. I've talked with Costom Reloads of Dallas. Lapua brass is a little more than Hornady. I will shoot nothing but the best that I can get my hands on.

My ultimate goal will to be reloading by this time next year.

Any suggestions on gettting started with equipment would be welcome.

I own and shoot all NATO calibers Besides the .338.

Ive seen a box of remington for over 120 bucks, thats for 20. Privi partizan has a load that Ive seen for a dirt cheap 60 bucks a box. Wicked world I tried the hornady brass, It needed trimmed alot more it seemed than the Lapua. I started with a single stage press, RCBS, and still use it for rifle reloads.

I had been admiring this rifle in a store and posted about it- a longing sort of post. Very tempting and very expensive for a civilian BA. What optics do you have on there?

I can come up with an old Weaver 4x originally designed for a 30-30... but that seems inadequate to the task.

I have a leupold M4 6.5-20 ILL TMR on my police, beautiful scope. My Accuracy international has a S&B, it came with it. I bought that rifle second hand for a disturbingly low price. A buddy for some reason felt he needed a LWRC AR10 deal instead.
