The Model 59 will eventually be worth more, as it's the rarer variant. As for accuracy, I'm not sure you could tell the difference. After all, most SKS rifles are 3-4 MOA, anyway. 
Yugo M59 or M59/66
Anyone have any opinions on which one would be a better version to buy? I have heard that the greande launcher can hamper accuracy.

Thanks JR, I guess that Samco will have 59's in stock in about 6 weeks in excellent condition for about $169.00.
I don't like the grenande launchers because they are half the length of the bayo when you fold it out.
But if you like the look, go for it...
