I got some recent CMP M2 Ball ammo that is mixed headstamps in GI ammo cans. There are some 50's dated WRA cases with the bullet metal looking a bronze color rather than the darker copper color. Is that a WRA trait, or is that normal for older ammo?

That's normal for the color to change with time and air getting to the military surplus ammunition. It's fine to fire as long as the cases don't have any cracks in them.DI5
