Can't argue with Bob Lee Swagger. He's the man. Really enjoyed those books. Might be time to get them out again soon.

Doing the Classics thing. Just finished Homers Iliad.

Might want to check out Joseph Conrad?

Some of his books you might of heard of, "Lord Jim", "Heart of Darkness"...

Admittedly not lite reading, but interesting from a man that had actually been there.

I read one paragraph of him describing the sunrise from the point of view of a man standing on an anchored ship on a Pacific Island.

I was literally exhausted after reading it!

Makes you understand why Hemingway was something new, with his minimal style of writing!
