A couple of years ago, I bought some bulk Malaysian 7.65 NATO rounds. Never again will I do that again. I think that it was probably designed for use with an M60. But in my rifle, it did not perform well. The accuracy was mediocre at best.

The worst that I ever bought was some 7.62mm NATO surplus from Thailand. It was brass case, but at least a third of it caused a feed jam. The accuracy was, if you'll pardon the pun, hit-or-miss. I'm just glad that I only bought 100 rounds.
