Surplus CAVIM 91 headstamp was really inaccurate. I'm assuming other years were pretty bad too.

Still have some I want to break down and reload, when we got it we chronographed it, velocity was anywhere between 2,400-3,100. Crazy.
We burned it on position drills with our team.
