roger that....the only reweld that is legal currently is the Hahn welded receiver, and even that is subject to conformitty to the letter of approval. Most don't qualify due to the demill process which is considered incorrect. The other things are the rear auto lug has to be removed, the center notch has to be moved and the under side of the front end of the receiver where the connector rod has to be welded so that the connector can't "hook in". If all of these are done then they are deemed legal.....that is if the receivers are stamp marked as electro pencil has been deemed not acceptible as it can be readily removed. That said, if this receiver is the real deal then you would have to have a class III whether it has the connector arm or not or whether the rear auto lug has been welded or not. If it's a MKS then that's alltogether a different story. Don't even look at it. :roll:
