I just picked one of these guys up and I'm having trouble installing it.

I can't get it tight enough to stop moving,
The strap closest to the trigger is to long so I have to hide it under the flap,
and I'm also have issues with the straps inside the pad, meaning there uneven and look sloppy GI4

Any tips on how to mount this riser?

The straps are held in with Velcro to the riser body. Just Unattach the straps and reposition it for your needs.
