The stock

You will have to cut and paste! It's a over size high comb target style.
Troy battle rail.
I have quickely inletted the stock and bolted on the battle rail.
It took about a hour to do.
I picked up two m4 type top rail flip ups sights and a spacer for my aimpoint, all sight co witness. Hight of comb is perfect for all of the above and a acog I am thinking about. Scope should be no problem. You look throw it up to your face and the sights are there. Gross weight about 12 lbs ( scale is down) with sights, aimpoint, light and sling attachments.
I am going to added some bedding, and reduce the stock's forearm down some, it is way over size.
Should I free float the rail off the stock, or use bedding compound to bed the rail to the stock and the adjustment in the barrel band to set tension?
