So many sins....
First the George Clooney character called it an M14. A "specialized" sniper rifle. A mini 14, yes, but not an M14.
There are so many weird anomalies in this film, this picture of eye placement being just one of many blatant BS moments. "The Technical Dialog" had my head spinning. Terrible.
Don't run out to watch this film. Turgid, like moving through mud, so full of inaccuracies/plot holes... I will never get those 2 hours or so of my life back.

The covert suppressor build was mind numbing. The trade craft was laughable. The one good thing about the movie, the women were hot.
