Bought mine in 2012 and from my experience with LRB they are definitely "first cabin" in their rifles and customer service.

I ordered a McMillan stock and untinized gas cylinder with spindle valve .LRB put the valve in the gas cylinder and I everything in just a couple days. Great customer service thanks!
