If no luck on the recommendations here, try Robar. They did engraving on a couple of my guns and it was nice.

As recommended over on M40forum in response to the same question very recently asked, Raven Rifles does outstanding clone work, to include all markings, timeframe specific for each M40 model being built.

Actually I can stamp any correct marking as long as it's my build. I generally don't stamp builds done by someone else.
