I recently received some Stripper Clip Guides marked COM 7791154.
Who What are they the maker that is???

2 years later....As I just came across this thread.

I as well have a couple of new stripper clip guides with the marking SEY 7791154 and another that is RFM 7791154.
Who, What and Where are they the maker that is?

The shop where I served my apprentiship and worked at for many years served Ford Mica making mica dies for electron tubes. Recently I was given a large box of samples by the shop owner's widow and among them I found this strip:

I don't think we made this die, but probably repaired it at one time. The guides are marked RFM 7791154. I am preparing a submission to the GCA for the plinking page. Thanks for letting us know who was RFM.
