Has anyone ever done this? Just brainstorming a little bit. Hear a lot of reports of vltor stocks chipping from mag insertion.

It's not the stock that chips, it's the cheap paint job

Mine has held up pretty good but it is just paint, the vltor stock is a modified usgi fiberglass stock, tuff as nails.
