I have a setup with a JAE G2 stock with the adjustable comb. With my cheek weld and the rear sight bottomed out, the bottom of the scope rail is visible in the apeture, but not to the point where I couldn't shoot at 100 yards. Other shooters (obviously with different cheek welds) could not find the target. I know the original wooden stock was quite a bit lower, so I'd guess you wouldn't have a problem at all.
