Its a winchester made under license for sears, 40's to late 50's as I recall.USAF2

A Winchester is a Winchester no matter whose name is on it. GI2GI2 I bought mine in the 50's and still have it. Still shoots fine and looks brand spankin'.

I got one too. And the only difference I notice is the model number of course, the front band is much wider on the 54 and the front stock.
