Okay I just bought an M14, and I got the ARMS #18 mount, and an Aimpoint M68 scope for it. I was wondering which is the best scope ring to use to mount the aimpoint the mount.

I believe they are the lowest that will work. You get a ring that is lower and your front and rear "bell" on the aimpoint will hit the rail you're mounting it on, preventing the mount from setting in place on the rail.

There is another one that is slightly higher. (second pic in the upper left actually I think)
