Scope mont question

When I purchased my M1A last year this mount came with the rifle. Can any of the forum members possiblely identify the maker. There are no marking that I can see. It is extremely well made and the machining on it is excellent. View attachment 77513

Whew! Dodged a firestorm on that one.

I thought he was asking which scope mount is best for the M1A.

Sorry can't identify that one, other than it is not a Bassett.
