I've noted that some small SAI M1A parts, being sold by Brownell's, are marked Made in Czech and Made in the USA. In the past it was thought that most of the SAI parts made for the M1A came out of China through Wayne Machine Co. I was told awhile back that M1A forged bolts were also made in Czechoslovakia. If this is all true it is a big improvement although there have been reports of bolt failures. Of course, GI bolts have failed too. What is not evident is whether the parts are Mil Spec.

In the first decade of this century, there were a lot of Made In Taiwan (Wayne) stickers on SAI parts. During the last decade, a lot of these same parts had Made In USA stickers.

I have not seen any Czech Republic stickers yet.

I don't buy many SAI parts so I don't know how many are made anywhere. I just got an order with connectors (Czech) and some springs (USA). Anything else is just conjecture. It's one of those things where I buy small, low stress stuff that I can't seem to find anywhere else at the time. Otherwise I like to stick with GI parts.
