So I have a LRB M25 with med 181/2 barrel. When I put a sadlak spring guide in the bolt will not cycle all the way. With the normal gi guide it cycles fine. The oprod is a Fulton and I have switch out springs and guide rods with my socom and it is still not functioning.

What do you guys think

Gonna need pics on this one.
Both or rod spring guides.
Action when not cycling.
Spring.

Where do you think it is hanging up? You mentioned the FA op rod. Change the op rod from your SOCOM to your EBR and see if it cycles. Who installed the Sage Op rod guide block?

Found the problem connector lock pin was not driven all the way in. I gave it a couple of taps and now everything is silky smooth!

Funny - Fulton recommends Sadlak or USGI-Style spring guide with their OpRod (RWB makes it I believe).

I had problems with bolt hanging at the rear of stroke (manually operated) and Clint Sr said; you running a SAI NM Guide?" (the answer was yes).

Surpsiring that something as little as a small difference in Spring Guides, or a connector lock - can cause such a serious issue.

Out of (idle) curiosity - did it TILT TEST WITHOUT the spring installed?
