I think you're correct. Right now the party line is the so-called infrastructure bill, which seeks to "redefine" infrastructure. Whatever that means. Two issues I perceive he will be reluctant to pursue in earnest yet are guns and immigration, b/c both are highly sensitive to lots of people.
The biggest mistake we, meaning pro-gun voters/citizens, can make is going off half-cocked, i.e., taking the bait and fighting the diversion. The "Biden camp" is sharp. The guy is like Lyndon Johnson in the sense that he's been in DC forever, knows how it works, knows how to dicker, knows how to get stuff done. Good for him. Bad for us.
Do not get me wrong. I think he is pond scum but he is highly effective, well-managed pond scum.
