I handled this one yesterday.
And have never seen a rear slot for mounting a scope like this..
The rifle is awesome,and I like the scope as well.
Almost bought it too.

Any info on that slanted rear cut for scope mounting and what its called?

It looks like a Sage stripper clip rail. Although it seems thinner than their product.

that is a utg rail with a utg stripper clip rail like sage but cheaper they cost $6 and the rail cost $60 alot of different opinions on these some like it some say its built for airsoft, if you upgrade the screws it mounts ok for people on a budget it does the job, but like everything else there is always a better product
