In my persuit of a Ruger M10/22 M1 Carbine DMR I have made another step! I added an oiler, sling and butt plate to my stock last night. I started with a '92 era stock. She's pretty much roughed in and will have to sand it before paint... I hope to get paint on her by Monday if the weather clears up.

Thanks! I think I'll just have to do a sling stud and swivel up front... I couldn't decide how a carbine swivel would work.

Is it me or is the buttplate upside down?

It's upside down... The butt plate only worked upside down with the Ruger stock contour. kind of had to make it work
