Me too, but that doesn't mean one-handed shooting is a useful technique (unless you're down to one operational hand/arm). There was a time folks believed the world was flat and yet they navigated the oceans with some success. Not optimal but some.

Yeah, learned, that way, and relearned two handed down the road. The first pistol I ever shot was a 1911 when I was not yet 12 years old. The local Stop Sign was the assigned target. It was not a stellar performance.
