So I sent in a ticket to get my remington 770 repaired the
Cheap plastic broke on it where the screw goes into the rear to hold down the barrel to the stock. I sent it last night and haven't heard a peep from them in regards to the ticket. All I can say is I'm not happy with remington right now, anyone else have issues with remington customer service?

Send it to Bushmaster & see what they can do for you! Good Grief Charlie Brown if the people who made it won't even claim it you're screwed! Just think if the ATF were trying to track that rifle by s/n & got that reply from Remington!

I sent a pair of 597 Magnums into Remington to be rebarreled due to their recall. they had them for 4 months. When Remington recalled the 700s for the trigger work I sent them the trigger assemblies only. After much consternation on their part they sent me back new trigger assemblies. I will not send them one of my guns for a recall if the part is removable.
