Very nice looking rifle. A little rattle can camo job and it would be about perfect. What kind of reticle does the scope have besides illuminated? Is it MIL dot or cross hairs? How well does the illumination work in bright light?

OD.45,

It's got MilDots. The illumination setting seems to be fine (visible) on the high setting in day light but I haven't try shooting with it on.

The Remington VS line is overlooked by a lot of people. They head straight for the Police Models.

wdigeorge, you have a fine looking rifle and a solid base inwhich to build on.You went whole hog on the mounts and scope. Atta boy!!!!!

The VS rifles are an excellent way to get into the long range game. They are basically the same as the Police models(except for the stocks), and are also cheaper then the Police models.

My VS shoots just as tight as my A.I. 700.
