Well, here is the one I am going to use for my next rifle class. She shoots 1/4" MOA at 100 yards. Badger Scope Mount, Badger MAX50 Rings, and Leupold Tactial Illumin. Scope.
Very nice looking rifle. A little rattle can camo job and it would be about perfect. What kind of reticle does the scope have besides illuminated? Is it MIL dot or cross hairs? How well does the illumination work in bright light?
The Remington VS line is overlooked by a lot of people. They head straight for the Police Models.
wdigeorge, you have a fine looking rifle and a solid base inwhich to build on.You went whole hog on the mounts and scope. Atta boy!!!!!
The VS rifles are an excellent way to get into the long range game. They are basically the same as the Police models(except for the stocks), and are also cheaper then the Police models.
Rifle will hold .5 MOA out to 300 meters(the farthest I have shot this one).
SKBY.
