It very well may be reasonable. The only way to find out is to allow people to do it if they want. If they don't choose to, and you have to force them, then it's not reasonable. If it were reasonable people would do it through reason, and no force is needed. See how that works? It's not reasonable, to me, to some it may be, and they should be free to disable their weapons any way they see fit.

To many women, . . . abortion is a "reasonable" answer to their problem.

To me, . . . personally, . . . outlawing the Democrat party for the next 100 years is a "reasonable" way to get rid of the trash who holds a great number of offices throughout the land.

I think when the schools made firearms taboo even to the point of a kid being expelled for a pop tart shaped gun the mystique they created made kids more inquisitive, without knowing the dangers. The schools sure aren't scared about teaching all kinds of sex perversions and how to participate safely. Condoms or so they think.

It is indeed a shame what has happened to our educational system as a whole Douglas Haig. Loosing local control to the feds is where it started IMHOP... My dad served on the local school board here and my little sister is still a third grade teacher in the town I grew up in.
My EX is a government mandated 'pre-school' teacher around here too!
