Went to the range yesterday and unloaded some brass. About 300 rounds of .308 and about 200 rounds of .223, and a few .221 Fireball. Found out that Accurate Arms 2230C is temperature sensitive tho. Coundn't hit squat on paper. ( WTFDTSG) Need to rework my loads for warmer weather. Was pushing 80+. All were loaded at around 60 degrees. .223 bolt gun was hitting a 1 ft. pattern out to 325 yds. Wouldn't want to be on the recieving end tho. M1A hits steel out to 150 yds. without any trouble but poor show on paper. Mini 14 hits steel at 325 yds. with open sights. And they say Mini 14s are not very accurate? Had a great day anyhow. Tried some neck sized brass in the M1A and all worked fine. Something else to work on. NOW I have to reload ALL that empty brass. Poor me! Nor Cal Mikie.
