The rifle pictured is a standard issue EBR for the military. I am unable to find a rifle manufacturer that makes the picatinny rail adapter, the type shown on item # 2 in the attached photo. I have looked at Springfield Armory but I am not sure if the rifle is stock with the rail adaptor/attachment. Also, I am unable to find a manufacture for items # 1 and # 3 as seen in the photo. Again I am unable to determine if this is a stock feature built into the weapon, or an aftermarket/add on item. Any help you can offer will be gratefully appreciated.
