Thanks for the info Sustinemus. I thought the front sight was different than on my standard model. Looks a bit different when looking through the sights. Yes, BUT, if thats already done so the rear sight aperture is already down into the cut in the rear sight base all the way, that's all you can do. It does'nt solve the problem. Those of you with the NM front sights on your scout/bush rifles - if the sights have the standard height sight base then you may want to contact SA and order a scout/bush front sight.
...or you could stone the bottom of the rear sight aperture so that it will adjust down lower in the sight, allowing you to sight your rifle in properly.
