Is this normal? I cant remember if it was like that when I go my Poly?

Well I guess I need a Piston, Tube the the tool to get the front sight off? Where is the best place to get them and is there another way to get the front sight off?

I have castle nut pliers on the way. I figure Ill see if I can get the nut off first then go from there.
