NUGENT: United Nations gun grabbers at it again

The despots, thugs, scoundrels, punks and various crooks at the United Nations have it all wrong again. Imagine that. Though the details have yet to be released, the U.N. wants to try to force strict small-arms control on the world under the pretense (lie) that such restrictions will make it tougher for terrorists and other assorted subhuman scum to get their hands on guns.

How is that working in Mexico, boys and girls?

If the U.N. had a clue or truly cared about preventing terrorists and other human garbage from wreaking havoc, it would admit to the facts and propose making it easier for law-abiding citizens to get their hands on guns so that they would have the means to cause said human vermin to assume room temperature.

But instead of promoting freedom and the right to self-defense, the U.N. punks want to force unarmed helplessness on people across the planet by advocating an international agreement on guns.

Let’s cut to the chase. The reason the U.N. may pass such an agreement is because many of the nations that belong to the U.N. either directly or indirectly support terrorism and are viciously opposed to liberty and freedom.

At its core, the U.N. is not about promoting freedom and liberating people by killing bad guys. It is about controlling people by limiting their ability to defend themselves against tyranny and slavery imposed by evil and maniacal regimes.

Tens of millions of people have been slaughtered by notorious gun grabbers. Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot and other notorious mass-murderer control nuts all banned guns, and millions upon millions of innocent, helpless people died because they had no ability to defend themselves and their families. And now the U.N. seemingly supports more of the same.

America has witnessed carnage after senseless carnage at shopping malls, schools, restaurants and other gun-free zones. Again, when people do not have the right to defend themselves, they are slaughtered in such killing fields.

Professor John Lott’s research on guns and crime concluded that more guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens equal less crime. Apparently the socialist stooges and terminal voodoo freaks at the U.N. didn’t read it. Perhaps some of the soulless voodoo punks at the U.N. can’t read. Based on their personal hygiene shortcomings, it wouldn’t surprise me.

Even if the freedom-hating U.N. passes such an anti-common-sense agreement, our Senate would have to ratify it before the U.S. would be forced to adopt this U.N. idiocy that would guarantee more innocent people were slaughtered.

Freedom addicts need to be concerned, however, because our president, secretary of state, attorney general and numerous left-wing politicians support gun control, as they too believe people need to be controlled instead of liberated.

Eliminate evil people, and good people live. Enable evil people to control people, and good people are slaughtered. It’s so simple it’s stupid.

Paraphrasing the words of the late freedom addict and American hero Charlton Heston, a U.N. stooge or anyone else can have my gun when they remove my cold dead fingers from around it. Know it.

Oh I'm sure the backstreet AK factories in Pakistan, China, Africa and the Balkans would stop production and distribution if the UN just asked nicely.

Agreed...

Here's a link to one...

Several years ago I watched a TV show on a back-street 'Khyber Pass' gunsmith building I believe an AK-47 from scratch...
Just used hand tools and junk metal and eyeballed it from another one...then took it up on the roof and fired off a couple of rounds!
I think it was either '60 Minutes' or a similar show, and you could tell the 'reporter' didn't quite know 'where to go' with the end of the story...
Kind of like...wow, if an illiterate peasant can make a 'kalsihnikov' without machinery or electricity...wow...

The UN and the European Union wants to disarm America and thats a fact jack. This way were no longer a threat to them and someone can walk right into our country and take it over. Think about it a few decades ago the US "America" was fighting the Nazi's to free most of the countries who were in certain peril hos soon they forget who bailed them out?

This was also the reason for smashing all the surplus guns and blowing up all the surplus ammo from the former yugoslavia/bosina war it was said they don't want to arm america more. What are they trying to say?

I say put the star wars pan in effect if its not inplace already and close our borders and sit back and let them all eat cake. They deserve it. We the american taxpayers should vote on who help and who we don't afterall its our $$$. We need to help and feed our own poor first before any country gets a free meal ticket too.

Don't get me started i'm sorry i'll go away now. Bill

For that you need to hear Uncle Ted with the "G-Man" on "The Gordon Liddy Show".

I actually disagree with part of what Ted says on this one. Oh, he's correct that the vast majority of the United Nations are "despots, thugs, scoundrels, punks and various crooks." Yes, they claim that their goal is to reduce terrorism, yada yada yada. I don't believe them. Their goal is to make sure that their citizens/subjects cannot defend themselves, and they want us to be in the same boat.

If you doubt the objectives of the UN, just a little bit of research should clear things up. There actually is a United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs. It's not called the "Office for Elimination of Islamic Terrorism" or the "Office for Disarmament of Despots". Does that leave you with any doubt about their objectives?

I hope it won't offend you all if I repeat something I posted about a month ago. Please read the "How To Guide..." linked to in the first part if you have time. It's an eye opener IMHO.

The following excerpts are from "How to Guide Small Arms and Light Weapons Legislation" published by the UN Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery:

"'Small arms' are, broadly speaking, weapons designed for individual use. They include, inter alia, revolvers and self-loading pistols, rifles and carbines, sub-machine gunds, assault rifles and light machine guns;"

Chapter 3:
"The Nairobi and SADC Protocols are the most advanced and specific on the regulation of firearms in the hands of civilians. One of the objectives of the Nairobi Protocol is to ‘encourage accountability, law enforcement and efficient control and management of small arms held by States Parties and civilians’. Each of the 12 East African nations is responsible for incorporating into their national law:
• prohibition of unrestricted civilian possession of small arms;
• total prohibition of civilian possession and use of all light weapons and automatic rifles,
semi-automatic rifles, and machine guns;
• regulation and centralised registration of all civilian-owned small arms in their
territories;
• provisions for effective storage and use of civilian-held firearms, including competency
testing of prospective owners;
• monitoring and auditing of licenses held and restriction of the number of firearms that
may be owned by individuals;
• prohibitions on pawning or pledging of small arms;
• registration to ensure accountability and effective control of all firearms owned by
private security companies."

I found this document on the UNODA website. That stands for "United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs".

Is there any reason to doubt that provisions like these would be included in any UN Small Arms Treaty? Not that I know of.

BTW it only took a couple of minutes to find this information.

Respectfully,

Chicken Little
Please note that the Nairobi Protocol is being held up as a most excellent example of a regional agreement to disarm citizens. The UN wants regional agreements like this around the world, including North America.

On a side note, Ted Nugent apparently has offered his song "Stranglehold" to Michelle Bachman after Tom Petty sent her a cease & desist order to stop using "American Girl".

Go Ted!
If the time ever comes when our government agrees to abdicate our 2nd amendment right to the UN, that is when you will see warfare break out in the streets of America.
