so I received a set of 3rd gen, autogated ANPVS-14s, No spec sheet.

is there anyway I can get them spec'd? I might end up selling them, but from what I can see, without a spec sheet, I won't get much for them.

There are shops that service these that will have the proper equipment to test them and produce a spec sheet. Wilcox Engineering is one. It won't be free, but if you can show a spec sheet along with service including a cleaning, inspection, and fresh nitrogen purge, it might help your selling price... unless you get bad news on the tube.

If were in the market I would pay more for a unit that had a recent inspection and purge from a respected shop.
