Yes it is a fine shooter as long as I do my part.

Most of that scope is the sunshade, does tend to get bright out here in Phoenix.

I do have fun with it when I get out with it, but have been occupied with other disciplines the last 8 years.

Nice rifle and very nice target. Does the sunshade do all that much for the brightness or have you tried the honeycomb type filter that is being offered by Leupold and a few other sources?

The stock is a Fajen that I partially bedded, it is real tight.

I bedded the Harris AR15 adapter into the stock and attached the Harris BR bipod to it.

SA 4x14x56 scope made by Hakko.

SA 3rd generation mount (bedded) will repeat on and off when I tested it, but I do not remove it anymore, neither do I remove the receiver from the stock anymore.
(when you have access to 180psi shop air, you can clean and blow out the debris without disassembly of the weapon). One of the perks being an automotive technician.

Unitized gas cylinder.

Accurized following the US AMU M-14 rifle accurization manual.

And a few other things that do not come to mind at this moment(built it 11 years ago)
