one friend had received his M1A made by springfield armory but the receiver look like norinco receiver, the rear of the receiver is not round as my M14 do you think that this receiver are imported by SAI for their news rifles?

this is the photo the rifle is new but when i look at the rear of the receiver the corner edge are sharped not round as my m14 ?
