I have visited this forum for several months and finally joined. I have gotten a lot of great information here. I have been shooting long distance for about 7 years ( savage ftr with criterion barrel 308, savage ba110 300 wm) both of them topped with nightforce. I bought a springfield m1a loaded with the archangel stock and I am not going to put a scope on it, I have taken it out 4 times shooting 100 yards first 3 times and 300 yards the last. I am amazed at how accurate it is at 300 yard group measures 3.017 of course this is from a bench and bagged up, I have found my new love, it's a M1a with iron sights.
