I have emailed them every year about their prototype m14 stock, and they always tell me it's not in the plans. I figured you would get an answer, you are on the radar with them.I also reached out to Tom Manners to see if there was any news from them about a possible limited run for these with no response either.
It looks like a Turner to me.Jim, who made that sling? Les Tam or Turner? Looks like the Turners I am going to order.
Will upload picture later today Wife is have emergency surgery because of a spider bite look for it this afternoon LA timeIt is true a new stock is coming out. One of the first should arrive here soon for a 6mmXC build.
Maybe JC will chime in and tell the forum all about it. He's is the one that notified us about the new stock several months ago.....maybe more.
Both craftsman are excellent!Turner, 54" tactical.
They are awesome folks, it's a "second" but I would never know why.
has anyone heard about the new stock for the m1a that mcmillan is coming out with? Supposedly it's alot like the m3a but has a butt hook. Anyone know about this, or have any updates?

McMillan is producing the M4A it not a fantasy. I contacted AG composites about a M3A configuration but they showed zero interest. I still do not understand why AG is producing a carbon fiber stock on a 50 year old stock design.i hope they make something like that, it looks to be everything the m3a should of been. The question for me is how light can they make it? If only someone would make something like that out of a nice strong and light material like carbon fiber. I emailed McMillan last week about the the m2a to see if they were still making those from time to time, of course they weren't. What they did say was they were going to stop taking custom orders for the m3a and instead just make a handful a year and sell them on their online store.
I did the exact same thing with AG, even made a power point to discuss options. I hope they still consider something like this in the future. My m3a is not light and there a few things is really don't like about it. I gave them my recommendations, but I agree why not have something updated for people who either can't have a pistol grip or prefer more traditional style stock.McMillan is producing the M4A it not a fantasy.
