Welcome to the forum sir, there will be many who will come forth with ideas and suggestions, listen and learn.

Fulton makes a good receiver, now go to Windy City Sourcing and speak to Mike, he can get you what you need at a decent price.

Basically you will only be able to find a few of the TRW parts as they only stamped a few.

op-rod
bolt
barrel
trigger housing
hammer
safety
rear sight....not stamped but easy to identify
S.E Overton stock made for TRW

Good luck with your quest!

The rest are anybodies guess unless they are new from tube or wrap.

One thing I learned building these rifles is patience , and lots of it
The end result is very rewarding

The name on the part is not as important as fit and function. An all TRW rifle doesn't mean much if the oprod is sloppy, the headspace is long or the throat is worn. Folks have gone thru great time and expense to build a rifle with matching parts, only to find out that the rifle wasn't as accurate or reliable as hoped.

Basically, 55 year old used parts don't come with a guarantee or warranty. RNGR3

Consider new parts made by Bula, LRB, SEI, Furlton, etc. Most are made to USGI specifications and are of excellent fit and finish. If you are having a gunsmith build the rifles for you, ask them in advance which parts they prefer and if they are available thru them. In other words, most chefs prefer to choose their own ingredients. RNGR2

If you have the receivers and now find out that building an M1A/M14-type is more than you bargained for,
sell the receivers on the PX here
and get Springfield Armory Inc. fully assembled and warrantied rifle(s).
Like cheaper to buy the brand new rifles than to build from parts.
I am learning how true that is...

But it's nice to have long term goals. I am afraid to actually add up the a la carte costs, but it'll be a growing experience :)

What he said sums it up. I plan on going through Windy City for my HRA build I will do next year Except I am going to have JRA build it for me as well as do a HRA receiver heel. You could get all the parts and have some company do the assembly for you such as Fulton, LRB, JRA etc.
