Hello, thanks for letting me be a member of m14forum! I came across this scope which I though was a normal ART II, but as in the pic it is marked ART X? I can’t find any info anywhere on it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply’s, I will get more pics as soon as I can, it is a definite X and not marked over the Normal II. The reticle is also the same as a Redfield accu-range minus ranging tombstone. It has crosshairs and the two stadia wires above cross hair for ranging.

Looking at it on my desktop monitor rather than my ipad the X is definately ingraved after the fact and is not the same as the other markings. I believe that RG is correct and there is a II under the engraved X.

I do see it now I think you guys are definitely correct I magnified it under different light and can faintly see the II right at the top of the x, I guess I just needed experts eyes on it thank y’all very much! Happy thanksgiving! Also is that reticle normal for an ART II?

That is not the normal ART II reticle as RG posted what it should look like.
