Hey guys,

Seems like a pretty top notch forum.

Name is Mike, I'm from Massachusetts, I just got back from Benning after completing the BOLC II and IBOLC (Infantry Officer Basic Course). Since im stuck in the national guard and am in a Delta Company the MTOE doesnt have a Ranger slot for me so I got to wait until I get back from deployment...

Anywho..

I have a Springfield Armory M1A (fiberglass stock) with a Sadlak Industries Airborne scope mount, Cheek rest, recoil spring buffer, blackhawk tactical 3 point sling, and a cheap scope I picked up off a friend who never used it. Got it while I was in Benning...its produced by a company called "Counter Sniper"....seems cheesy to me but seems to be decent for the money I paid for it.

Welcome aboard and thanks for the service. If its an m14 type it can't be that bad. If you have any doubts have it checked out by a m14 armoror before you send anything downrange. I fly into New Bedford a couple of times a month. Mass aint all that bad You have some great fishing, skiing and don't forget the cape islands. What would we do in NY the Yankees would be lost without the Sox.
