New GI mags @$25 each

Are these mags from Sierra Supply made by winchester and wrapped in brown paper? I am thinking of ordering 4 or 5. Thanks!

All 10 of mine were BRW S1 marked, not sure who the manufacturer is on those. Mine came in brown paper wrappers with the dates of 1967 or 1969 on them. The wrappers looked as though they once held two magazines end to end, they had been torn open in the middle and one half of the wrapper now holds one mag. I don't have them here right now, (never keep all your eggs in one basket!) If I did I could tell you exactly what the wrapper says, all of the contractor DOD markings are easy to read. Mags looked like new, no wear on followers or latching points. Haven't had a chance to try them yet, incidently, I ordered 10 mag bodies from Elite firearms some time ago, they were all BRW S1 marked as well. Hope this helps.
