I just wanted to say hello from San Diego. I have always loved/wanted the m14/m1a. I almost picked one up a few years ago but went with an AR instead. I finally picked up a lightly used Socom 16 (still in my 10 day waiting period).

I've been reading through the forum and it looks like there are a lot of good people and info on here.
