-Bolt stop and spring (for modern m14 look at the extended bolt stop)

For barrels, depend on what you want to get out of your rifle.
For trigger groups, all depnds on what you want to get out of your rifle.
For stocks, like other said Sage, JAE, but you said for hunting look at the VLTOR M14 Mod stock if weight is more of an issue.
For handguards, if you decide on the Sage, you don't need a handguard, but if you looking for railed handguards look at Ultimak and VLTOR CASV system.
This is just an outline. I probably missed some stuff, but this is just to help you get a step in the right direction.Do a lot research, if you decided to do this it will cost a pretty penny, but it is worth it.
