anyone know of a good gunsmith that can thread an AR 1/9 HB for a flash hider around the Dallas Metro ,i'm closer to Mckinney, Denton, Frisco area.

who has had one done recently and what is reasonable cost wise??

just google gunsmiths in dallas/ft worth area
if you canstrip the upper down to just the barrel so he can chuck it up in a lathe,it will save you some cash

There's a gun smith in Denton county that a friend of mine used to have his Remington barrel threaded. He charged somewhere around 125 and he did really good work.
