Just picked this baby up today for 400.00. Came with flashlite (above barrel) and laser (below barrel. I havent fired it yet. Looks cool but is a bit on the heavy side.

I think the down fall of the High standard was 4 round capacity.

cool steve. do you have the 18-1/2" or 20" barrel? did you shoot it yet? there one of these that float around the shows here. i've been thinking of getting it but no one seems to know anything about them around here.

Fubar mine is the 181/2" barrel hold 5+1. This is all that i know about this shotgun: 12 ga., 18½ (6 shot) or 20 (9 shot) in. barrel, bullpup configuration, 6 or 9 shot mag., includes shrouded barrel, carrying handle, ejection port in stock, employs high impact materials. Mfg. 1986-90. Sold new for about 400.00 I bought this shotgun on consignmnet from my dealer and the guy that had it before me added a laser and flashlight and it is in great condition. I payed 400.00 so I dont think I did to bad.

I had one of those back in '87. I think you'll find it interesting.
It definitely had the loudest pump-action I ever heard on a shotgun
I think the laser will help a lot. I found the sight radius too short for my taste but it was a super-cool space-gun
